What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, 10+ years of mechanical design experience, engineering fundamentals (structural design, materials, heat transfer, fluids, etc.), Solid background in CAD (NX preferred), tolerance stack analysis, 2D drafting with GD& T, Experience developing parts with various manufacturing processes in both prototype and mass production settings, Ability to use simplified tools, calculations, and CAE to quickly drive development, Hands-on prototype and build experience
Nice to Have
preferably in high voltage battery design for automotive or aerospace
