What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8–12+ years of full stack development experience, expertise in Frontend frameworks (React/Next. js preferred), expertise in Backend systems (Node. js / Python / Java), Experience with system design, scalability, and performance, Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and GenAI platforms, Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector search, Understanding of Prompt engineering, Understanding of Model evaluation and tuning, Experience building AI-powered applications in production, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices and CI/CD, Git, testing frameworks, observability tools, 3+ years of experience with AI agents and autonomous workflows, Experience in enterprise-scale systems
