In this role as a part of the product engineering team you will be focused on High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) testing, developing novel wafer and package level ATE testing strategies of Lightmatter’s Silicon Photonics products. You will be expected to support customer deployment and related technical issues. Responsibilities Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test solutions for Lightmatter's Silicon Photonics products Pre-silicon responsibilities include understanding product features, developing characterization and manufacturing test plans, highlighting test coverage holes. Actively participate with multi-functional teams including Product Development Engineering, DFT and design to efficiently debug product failures, implement optimal solutions, and drive correlation between simulation, bench, and tester environments Collaborate with OSAT/test vendors to develop ATE test SW and hardware infrastructure. Work with manufacturing teams/partners to increase yields, test coverage, capacity, and reduce production costs.
