Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.  ## What you'll do Own the design and strategy for developing technical product training curriculum for UAS platforms Responsible for leading a team of training developers and instructors Interface across multiple technical disciplines to ensure training program remains up to date as platform modernization and development occurs Conduct regular training needs analyses through surveys, stakeholder interviews, and performance metric evaluations to identify skill gaps Measure training effectiveness using feedback, knowledge assessments, and performance KPIs to continuously improve and adapt course content Develop Learning Management System (LMS) and Training Management System (TMS) plan to support scalability across the company and platforms. ## Required qualifications 10+ years of aviation maintenance or maintenance training experience Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Education, Technical Management, or a related field. Significant experience using training development software such as Adobe Captivate, dominKnow, etc Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
