Experience in ROI analysis / investment evaluation is a plus

Lead the preparation of monthly performance presentations for regional leadership
Translate complex data into clear

Tailor messaging and level of detail depending on the audience
Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives impacting growth and profitability
Ensure project governance
and execution discipline
Translate business drivers into bottom-up forecasts across key revenue and cost lines
Continuously track P&L actuals vs forecast and highlight risks & opportunities
Own the evaluation of funding and investment requests
Build and assess ROI models to support decision-making
Deliver high-quality business analyses using Excel / Google Sheets
Leverage existing dashboards and tools to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities

This role sits at the intersection of business performance, financial planning, and strategic execution, acting as a key bridge between data-driven insights and business decision-making. You will own critical performance processes (P&L forecasting, reporting) and lead high-impact initiatives that drive growth and profitability across the business.
