As a Senior Solutions Architect within the Amazon Agentic WorkSpaces specialist team, you will be at the forefront of two transformative shifts: modernising enterprise desktops with cloud-native virtual workspaces, and pioneering the use of End User Computing (EUC) services as the secure, cost-effective delivery vehicle for agentic AI capabilities that put intelligent automation directly into the hands of end users. In this role you will become a deep technical authority on Amazon WorkSpaces Personal, WorkSpaces Applications and WorkSpaces Secure Browser. You will work directly with customers across a range of industries to design, architect and deploy these services, helping them solve real-world challenges such as enabling secure remote and hybrid work, simplifying desktop management at scale, meeting stringent compliance and data-sovereignty requirements, and migrating away from legacy on-premises VDI. Beyond these established use cases, you will help customers explore and adopt an exciting emerging pattern: leveraging EUC services as a resilient, governed platform for delivering agentic AI experiences to end users in a way that balances innovation with security and cost control.
