Must Have
Academic background in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related field, Extensive experience in PR, media relations communications (in-house or agency), Good knowledge of the Romanian media landscape, End-to-end experience in handling communication strategies in corporate and consumer setups, Proactive and detail-oriented mindset, Ability to manage multiple tasks, Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, Ability to deliver high-quality output, Collaborative approach, Comfort on working cross-functionally and with external agencies, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer or lifestyle brands is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support the execution of Glovo’s public relations and communication activities in Romania and Moldova
Contribute to the creation and implementation of PR calendars and key campaigns across different types of media
Draft and distribute press materials
Q&As and media statements
Research and prepare briefing materials
draft talking points and media comments for company spokespeople
Monitor and analyse media coverage
Build and nurture relationships with journalists
Support issues management by monitoring online conversations and flagging potential risks
Coordinate with PR agency on day-to-day communications tasks and content delivery
Ensure alignment with the global communications team for localisation of campaigns
