## Accountabilities Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex integration solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices. Develop and maintain custom scripts and transformations for HL7, FHIR, and X12 (EDI) data exchanges. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies and system architectures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to integration engineers and specialists to ensure alignment with project objectives. Oversee integration deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural standards. Conduct security assessments and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and interoperability frameworks. Optimize ETL processes and high-volume data exchange workflows for performance and scalability. Support continuous improvement of integration practices, tools, and technical standards across teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4–6 years of experience in healthcare integration, including HL7, Mirth Connect, and interoperability systems. Strong hands-on expertise with HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, X12 (EDI), and API-based integrations. Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, XML, and JSON for building and managing integration logic. Deep understanding of healthcare data standards, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and interoperability frameworks. Experience designing and optimizing ETL pipelines and large-scale data exchange systems. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges independently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership, collaboration, and mentoring abilities in cross-functional teams. Certifications in integration technologies or healthcare interoperability standards are a plus. Benefits: C
