Primary Function of Position: Intuitive is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect with deep expertise in Workday to support, enhance, and scale our global HR systems. This role focuses on designing and delivering effective, user-centered solutions in Workday As a trusted partner to stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business, you’ll drive improvements in workflows, employee data management, reporting, and system automation. You will serve as a key contributor to Workday roadmap initiatives, guiding both strategic projects and day-to-day system operations. Roles & Responsibilities: * Operate with a product mindset, partnering with stakeholders to define roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and deliver measurable business value. * Act as a Workday subject matter expert , with an emphasis on Recruiting, Core HCM , and related business processes. * Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements across Talent Acquisition technology platform and WD HCM. * Partner with HR COEs including Talent Acquisi
