What You'll Do.
Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and account managers
Develop a deep understanding of customers’ goals and objectives
Articulate how offerings address customer needs
Craft and own value based relationships at all levels in customer organizations
Participate in all phases of planning and execution for territory
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Elastic products and solutions
Demonstrate the value of offerings in sales meetings
Advise the sales team on effective ways of positioning Elastic products
solutions and services
educate and enable partners
Support partners in sales cycles
Contribute to programs
Collaborate with other Elasticians to meet individual client needs
Be the voice of the customer and community to communicate needs
and improvements to engineering and leadership teams
