What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of overall work experience, expertise in automation, expertise in agentic technologies (A360, Enterprise Knowledge, Doc. Auto, etc.), hands-on experience in process mapping and automation design, Proven ability to manage data privacy, security, and compliance in automation applications, communication and leadership skills, capable of driving initiatives across departments
Nice to Have
Experience working in IT and/or Security Operations, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Experience with Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies
What You'll Do.
Lead ideation sessions to inspire creative thinking and generate high-value automation ideas
Evaluate current business processes for automation and agentic opportunities
Develop automation and agentic process flows
Specify AI agents/skills
Design user interfaces
Secure necessary design approvals and plan release schedules
Build and deploy automations and agents using the Automation Success Platform (Automation 360)
Ensure automations meet functional and quality standards
Provide documentation and training
Engage with stakeholders to validate designs
Demo completed automations
Create solution artifacts for pre-sales
Assess AI requirements
Evaluate market tools
Advise on new AI tools/models
