Must Have
Bachelors’ degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture, Experience with transformational projects, Experience in the Insurance industry, Experience managing data engineering projects using Agile, Ability to lead cross-functional teams, Ability to manage stakeholder expectations, Ability to design scalable and reliable data architectures, Understanding of data lifecycle management, Understanding of data quality frameworks, Experience leading complex data modeling, Experience leading ETL design, Experience using large databases, Understanding of data warehousing concepts, Experience with cloud data platforms, Experience deploying compute in Azure or AWS, Experience orchestrating workloads in Azure or AWS, Experience with Databricks, Experience with object-oriented programming, Experience with microservices architecture, Experience with API management
Nice to Have
