4 - 6 years relevant experience, Test Plans & designing Test Scenarios understanding, STLC, Testing / UAT Testing/ Smoke Testing understanding, Basic Automation Testing knowledge, Basic SQL programming knowledge, Canada or US Defined Benefit Domain understanding, Good Analytical & Logical Skills, Participate in test strategy and test plan definition, Assess impact of changes, Identify corresponding test cases for regression testing, Propose solutions or workarounds

What You'll Do.
Communicate with Leads
Analyze technical documents & Data flow Diagrams
Identify high-level test scenarios
Apply structured testing techniques
Develop positive and negative test cases
Ensure 100% test coverage
Build manual test scripts
Identify expected results
Identify corresponding test data
Maintain the test suite up to date
Inform QA Leads about resources required
Prioritize test execution
Execute manual test scripts
Capture actual results
Follow-up on resolution of defects
Perform retest as required
Work closely with QA Leads
Report testing progress to QA Leads
Raise the flag when foreseeing major risks
Carry out all QA related tasks
Manage and prioritize assigned tasks
