The Device and Unit Services Team collects and normalizes telemetry data from a wide variety of sources, including many different device types, Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), and other Public Safety systems. This information is then intelligently consolidated and supplied to the end user, providing crucial insights for situational awareness.
