What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of professional software development experience, Proficiency in React ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, state management solutions), Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices, Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway, Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles, Experience with performance optimization and building highly resilient systems, Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail, Unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
Nice to Have
Experience with Next. js, GraphQL, or similar modern web frameworks, Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other AI/ML services, Understanding of banking or financial services domain, Experience with real-time data processing or streaming architectures, Background in building developer tools or platforms, Specific GenAI knowledge
What You'll Do.
Design and develop high-performance
responsive React components and interfaces for our internal GenAI platform
Architect and implement backend services supporting our AI operations

Establish best practices and technical standards for our GenAI platform development
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex features
Participate in code reviews
ensuring code quality and maintainability
Partner with Architecture to evolve technical designs and infrastructure
