Must Have
computer science fundamentals with 4+ total years of experience in technically rigorous environments holding extremely high bars for their engineers, 2+ years of experience in SDET or test architecture roles with an emphasis on true software engineering, Ability to design diagnostic tools and testing infrastructure, problem-solving and system design skills, Exposure to agentic systems or autonomous testing frameworks, Familiarity with low-latency systems and performance optimization
Nice to Have
Proven experience building complex test automation platforms from scratch, Background with OMS (Order Management Systems) or similar platforms, understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks, Experience with distributed systems, data platforms, or financial systems, Experience integrating AI/ML tools into testing workflows, Experience in financial services, especially trading or portfolio systems

About the Role We are hiring for this role into both the Portfolio and Trading teams. The Sr. SWE, Testing will design and build advanced test automation platforms that support high-performance, mission-critical systems.
