The Role We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Rewards team and help shape that next chapter. This isn't a "here's a ticket, go build it" role. You'll work closely with Product and Design to identify what's missing, what could be better, and how to build it — then execute with high quality and speed. What You'll Do Build new features across the Rewards platform: Trends you identify gaps and bring proposals Familiarity with Playwright or a comparable E2E test automation framework Hands-on with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude, or equivalent) — our entire codebase is written with AI tooling Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Amplitude) and frontend observability (e.g., Datadog) Nice to Have: Track record of leading features end-to-end with Product, Design,
