## Accountabilities Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and internal engineering tools that improve developer productivity and software quality. Develop and execute performance testing strategies to ensure system reliability and scalability. Stabilize and optimize CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD. Drive AI-powered and agentic automation initiatives across internal tools and vendor ecosystems. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to support high-quality feature delivery. Continuously evolve automation practices and frameworks in partnership with other QA and automation engineers. Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering or test automation experience in production environments. Strong proficiency in building and maintaining automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Behave. Experience working with CI/CD systems including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Familiarity with performance testing and engineering reliability practices. Exposure to AI-driven or agentic tools and technologies (e.g., Claude, Codex, or similar platforms). Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to contribute across the stack when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Highly proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments. Benefits: Competitive annual salary range: $143,000 – $219,000.
