## Accountabilities Build and maintain scalable backend services in Go that power core fintech and banking platform capabilities Design and implement event-driven, data-intensive systems handling high-volume financial data with strong guarantees around correctness and auditability Develop and ship customer-facing AI features leveraging LLMs and ML models for compliance automation and structured data extraction Contribute to frontend features using React and TypeScript when needed, ensuring end-to-end product quality Design and evolve RESTful APIs and service architectures that support secure, compliant, and scalable financial workflows Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate complex financial requirements into robust technical solutions Improve engineering practices, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture of high-quality, reliable software delivery Requirements: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems Strong expertise in Go (Golang) with hands-on experience designing and operating backend services Solid experience with React and TypeScript in production environments Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and familiarity with data modeling and performance tuning Proven experience building or shipping AI-powered features in production (LLMs, prompt design, evaluation, latency and cost trade-offs, human-in-the-loop systems) Strong background in event-driven architectures and distributed systems (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka, messaging systems) Experience working in cloud environments (preferably GCP) and designing scalable, reliable infrastructure Strong system design skills with a focus on data integrity, auditability, and correctness in high-stakes environments Pragmatic engineering mindset with the ability to balance simplicity and scalability Benefits: Competitive compensation with equity participation in a high-growth fintech company 100% employer-pa
