Must Have
5+ years of professional backend development experience, focus on scalable systems, Hands-on expertise with Redis, Hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL, Hands-on expertise with AWS, Familiarity with email protocols (e.g., SMTP), strategies for improving deliverability, Understanding of AI-native software development practices, automated code generation, AI-driven testing, human-in-the-loop review systems, Proven ability to adopt and drive modern engineering paradigms, integrating AI into development workflows, Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Python, Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Node.js, understanding of microservices architecture, understanding of API design, Experience with cloud services (AWS), Experience with containerization tools (Docker), Experience with containerization tools (Kubernetes)
