What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience building modern front-end applications using Vue. js, Nuxt. js, and Vite, Experience with state management (e. g. , Pinia) and unit testing frameworks, Experience working in collaborative development environments using GitHub and JIRA, understanding of front-end architecture, design patterns, and integration with backend services and QA workflows, Ability to translate high-level direction into clear, actionable technical work with minimal ambiguity, Systems thinking mindset with the ability to engage beyond the UI layer in complex environments, Highly organized and accountable approach, balancing flexibility with follow-through, Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across engineering, QA, product, and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Flowbite, and SASS, Experience with Vitest and ESLint, Experience with Datadog and Pino, Familiarity with Node. js, TypeScript, Docker, and ECS
