Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to oversee the successful business analysis work for the Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) implementations, preferably with experience in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM Distributed Order Management (DOM) platforms. This role will be responsible for partnering closely with our business partners to gather requirements and use cases, author user stories with acceptance criteria, document integration mappings, testing, defect triage and resolution, and go-live and hypercare support. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone.
