Must Have
5–8 years of software engineering experience, Proficiency in Go or willingness to work in Go as the primary language, Experience building and operating backend services on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Familiarity with Kubernetes for service deployment, Working knowledge of SQL databases and REST or gRPC APIs, Good testing practices — you write tests alongside code, not after
Nice to Have
Experience integrating with SaaS APIs (Microsoft Graph, Google Workspace APIs, or Salesforce Bulk API), Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, SQS, or similar), Exposure to cloud object storage (S3, GCS, or Azure Blob), Background in data-intensive or infrastructure-adjacent backend systems
