**What you will do** Open Blue Edge Computing Platform group is playing a key part in realizing the promise of our digital transformation initiative – Open Blue. This group focuses on technologies like edge computing, smart solutions and running ML Model at the edge with constrained resources in the most optimized way. Sr. Software Engineer position will focus on leading technical exploration/ innovation, design and development of new features/components and maintenance and stewardship of Open Blue Edge Platform. This position needs to be very hands-on with various backend development technologies, deployment technologies and execution management/monitoring technologies. As an experienced technical member of the team, a person in this position is also expected to lead a team of engineers to design and develop robust system solutions that meet defined system requirements. **How you will do it** * Good verbal and written communication in English Language with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts * Drive design and code reviews/inspections. Help correct existing coding standards and/or define improves one. * Drive technical discussions; propose solutions and alternatives.
