Working experience of design and implement websites using WordPress creation tool (with Gutenberg), managed site with WPVIP, In-depth knowledge of front-end programming languages including PHP, HTML, CSS framework like Tailwind, JavaScript, technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience, Good understand of website architecture and aesthetics, Can clearly articulate and communicate with business partners and other IT teams, Team player and share knowledges through technical demos and documentations, Understand of GenAI tools and/or Agents used to assist in application development (Github Co-pilot, Windsurf, Claude Code)

Nice to Have

Technical knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Knowledge of common GenAI technologies and implementation patterns, Knowledge of modern SaaS platforms for SRE, Platform analytics, monitoring, UX, and management, Knowledge of DevOps and code versioning tools including Git, Github Actions

We are **_all in_** with **Agile development, DevOps, Open Source, Software as a Service (SaaS) and modern tools and processes**. You will have an opportunity to make a real difference by working on some impactful and meaningful projects. **We are looking for skilled Software Engineer who is passionate about full stack development and can bring a depth of application development experience including Front-End Web development leveraging SaaS products, full stack projects development and production maintenance.** Our applications are used by RBC staff and clients making your contributions highly impactful and visible, directly contributing to the success of RBC. We deliver digitally enabled applications that are both internal and internet facing. We build stable web, and back-end applications which are resilient, scalable and high performance that avoids failure and focused on delivering best client experience.
