We are currently looking for an experienced Sr Software Deve Engineer (SDE) to join my leadership team. The Evaluation and Outcome north star is to raise the bar with every hire and create the best experience for Interviewers and BarRaisers You will be a lead SDE for the large two-pizza team (~12 SDEs), define and evolve its practices, and own your team's product vision and roadmap. You'll ensure that the best engineering practices are followed and that our software is of the highest quality. You will be a key contributor in our product vision, partnering with product management teams to help define and develop a roadmap of customer-delighting features, and then delivering those features. You will work closely with other teams throughout HSD organization to design and architect solutions that will scale to millions of customers.
