This person is responsible for below activities: Supervising Application development, testing, maintenance, and support for business applications. Manage testing activities wrt technology and software development projects in accordance with DevOps principles. Ensures continuous, high velocity delivery and automated deployment through the use of software provisioning, configuration management, and/or team collaboration applications; Also develops own automation scripts and procedures. **_Responsibilities:_** * Providing software application support * Performing analysis on software application functionality and suggesting improvements & replacements * Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications * Consulting with the software development vendors, internal users to improve application performance * Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer or to the service provider to resolve the issues in a timely manner * Identify manual activities in various business processes in collaboration with Business. * Propose feasible automation solutions to business stakeholders. * Develop automation by writing scripts to automate requirements using various market standard tools. * Collaborate with Application Manager and create Test Strategies for the new develop
