**_Job Family_ :** SAAS/PAAS/Cloud Application Development ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 10% **_Clearance Required_ :** Active Top Secret (TS) **_What You Will Do_ :** * Help translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow. * Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. * Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers. * Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications. * Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation. * Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations. * Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing. * Debug and fix technical problems. * Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation. * Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users. * Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration. * Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. **_What You Will Need_ :** * Must POSSESS and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. * Minimum of SIX (6) years of professional experience. * Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. * Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Tampa, FL area * Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps. * Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred. *
