Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and new developments Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional designs Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to deliver solutions Conduct workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis Support design reviews, sprint planning, and backlog grooming Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards Drive UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off Identify automation and optimization opportunities across processes Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for functional clarifications during development ✅ Must-Have Skills 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience , with strong ServiceNow platform exposure Hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules such as: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) At least one of: ITOM / CSM / HRSD Strong understanding of ServiceNow development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience in writing: User stories & acceptance criteria BRD / FRD / functional specifications Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience in UAT coordination and defect management Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, etc.) Exposure to ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server) Basic understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) Experience in ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, or large transformations
