5–8 years Business Analysis experience, ServiceNow platform exposure, Hands-on experience ServiceNow modules, ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request), At least one: ITOM / CSM / HRSD, ServiceNow development lifecycle (SDLC), Writing user stories & acceptance criteria, Writing BRD / FRD / functional specifications, Knowledge ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, integrations, Experience Agile/Scrum environment, Stakeholder management skills, Communication skills, Experience UAT coordination, Defect management experience, Translate business needs into technical requirements, ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server), Basic understanding ServiceNow scripting, Experience ServiceNow platform upgrades, Knowledge CMDB, Discovery, ITOM concepts, GenAI/Now Assist use cases in ServiceNow, Exposure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines, Knowledge ITIL framework
Nice to Have
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, etc.), ServiceNow platform upgrades, migrations, or large transformations, ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), ITOM / CSM / HRSD understanding
