What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance, Five (5) years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience, Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls, Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps, Experience working in an Agile environment
Nice to Have
Active "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance, One (1) or more ServiceNow certifications (e. g. , CSA, CIS, CAD), Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills, Ability to work effectively in a team environment, interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels, Heightened attention to detail, Knowledge of the capabilities of other low-code and no-code technology platforms, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau, Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions, General understanding of financial management aspects (i. e. , financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc. ), particularly in a federal environment
