Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent, Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required, 6+ years direct experience with ServiceNow platform, 6+ years direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions / initiatives
Nice to Have
Experience with Agile engineering practices, Experience in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets, Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools, Experience working with REST API based services, Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON, Experience building features in ServiceNow ITSM and HAM modules, Experience building system integrations

Full Job Description
As a member of the OpsTech Solutions application development team for ServiceNow, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across OpsTech Solutions infrastructure and services teams. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about optimizing IT services and believes that world-class service is critical to customer success. You will work across all internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements to ensure a high quality, fast resolution customer experience. Your mission is to develop a world-class customer experience and set new customer service standards in IT Delivery. OpsTech Solutions is looking for experienced and dedicated team members to help manage the administration, maintenance, and development of the ServiceNow platform for the organization. The ideal candidate is innovative and has great problem-solving skills. You must be very comfortable working on core application administration, creating workflows, data management, scripting and process automation. You will need to work with non-technical and technical teams to translate business cases to scalable solutions for multiple teams. In addition, you’ll need to be able to clearly and effectively communicate to larger non-technical audiences on system changes and enhancements. You will be working in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly. You must be flexible and adapt well to a wide range of tasks and technologies.
