As a Sr. Semiconductor Design Engineer, DRAM, you will build and analyze CMOS digital and analog coordinated circuits crucial for memory product development. This role lets you contribute from early technology development through product creation and validation while collaborating with global design, verification, and layout teams. Your work will help optimize cost, quality, reliability, time-to-market, and customer happiness as you grow your technical skills. ## Responsibilities * Build, simulate, and optimize memory circuits from gate-level to full‑chip, including schematics, layout, and performance analysis using SPICE and Verilog. * Develop and validate key circuit blocks (arrays, decoders, control logic, data paths, and test logic) by translating device specs into robust silicon functionality. * Lead and coordinate the layout process (floorplanning, placement, routing), parasitic modeling, and design validation through tape‑out and reticle experiments. * Collaborate cross‑functionally with CAD, verification, process integration, test, probe, assembly, and product engineering to ensure quality and manufacturability. * Drive innovation and efficiency by closing verification coverage, identifying gaps, and bringing to bear AI‑based tools and automation across the build and verification workflow. ## Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering accompanied by 3-4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. * Foundational knowledge of CMOS build and memory applications. * Solid base in circuit build and simulation setup, analysis, and debug. * Strong writte
