Must Have
5+ years in enterprise IT environments, 3-5 years in monitoring, developing, and implementing web security systems, Experience supporting cross-organizational implementation of IT services, Experience working directly with clients, technical experts, and management to provide operational support, Experience planning and executing software/infrastructure upgrades with minimal disruption, Hands-on experience with Unix/Windows/VMWare, understanding of information security principles and technologies
Nice to Have
preferably with Cloudflare WAF, Experience using ServiceNow a plus, Familiarity with IP/Network/Cloud infrastructure components

Platform engineering for Cloudflare WAF and other supported security platforms
Design requirements and configuration to maximize value to the enterprise
Oversight of day-to-day operational support for Cloudflare WAF and integrated security solutions
Integration of Cloudflare WAF with other technical platforms
Driving adoption of Cloudflare WAF and security automation deeper into the enterprise
and continuous validation of web security systems
Troubleshooting complex problems related to web security and infrastructure
Learning and implementing new security products as needed
Developing pioneering approaches to emerging information security trends and assisting with automation
