We are looking for a Sr. Security Engineering Manager to lead a team of security engineers, developers, and technical program managers. Successful candidates for this position must have experience growing and coaching a highly qualified team of software and security engineers. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven, and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will invent mechanisms that scale to meet broad and diverse needs of Amazon customers and business teams. You will have strong customer obsession, working to deeply understand the needs of your customers and relentlessly looking to improve their experience and make them more productive. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge in secure software development, experience designing and implementing security controls for multiple consumer product launches, high judgment to prioritize and address security risks, and experience holding high standards for security controls and work products.
