What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, Active Secret clearance, Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent), Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent demonstrated Salesforce platform experience, 5–7 years of experience supporting Agile software development teams, 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce development, implementation, modernization, or product delivery teams, Proven ability to facilitate Agile delivery within Salesforce teams, Experience supporting cloud-based application delivery and digital transformation initiatives, Demonstrated ability to enable high-performing teams, Experience supporting federal government clients or regulated environments

What You'll Do.
Serve as Scrum Master for Agile Salesforce delivery
Facilitate Agile ceremonies
Partner closely with Product Managers
Remove impediments and resolve blockers
Coach teams on Agile principles
Support AI-assisted development workflows
Monitor and improve team performance using Agile metrics
Coordinate dependencies across multiple Salesforce development teams
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Promote collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support implementation of DevSecOps practices
Foster a culture of accountability
Identify and integrate AI-enabled solutions
