From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. We are looking for an experienced Senior Satellite Test Engineer to help architect test infrastructure and take satellites from initial build, through functional testing, spacecraft validation, and chart the path to reliably integrating and launching thousands of satellites. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging opportunity to work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas. Our team is responsible for development and implementation of test hardware and test campaigns for integrated vehicle testing. As Amazon Leo Satellite Test Engineer you will work with multiple engineering and manufacturing teams across ground and space systems to define test requirements, develop test plans and complex test scripts, and execute test campaigns to support development and production test initiatives. Your focus will be in test development to enable production testing and to enable the introduction of new generations of satellites. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
