Sr Application Support Engineer, SAP Delivery Lead Job Description Sr SAP Support Engineers are responsible for delivering and overseeing the delivery of technical support to client SAP landscapes and satellite systems. They are responsible for the technical aspects of enhancing, updating and deploying critical changes, designing new solutions, and creating procedures in the SAP area. They are also the main delivery contact for a few client accounts. Job Duties Provide the single point of contact for planning and scheduling client technical maintenance and upgrade activities. Interface with client technical staff on regular meetings and help with planning and recommendations for improvement. Perform project-based and production support responsibilities as needed to support apiphani managed client environments inclusive of: SAP system migrations, SAP landscape refreshes, data protection including database backup certain U.S.-specific programs (such as EAP, legal assistance, etc.) may not be available outside the United States. The specific benefits package will be outlined in the local employment agreement issued through Deel.
