What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 to 7 years of total experience, Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, Extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on developing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, Must have experience in CTI, Must have good understanding of Out of the box features such as Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, Data Loader and Lightning App builder, Familiarity with Healthcare domain, In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security best practices, Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services, problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems, Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, analytical mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, Working hours is Eastern time zone only
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer and II are highly desirable, An understanding of Health Cloud will be an advantage
What You'll Do.

Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications
Configure and customize standard Salesforce features
Integration with On premise tool for CTI App exchange products
Ensure data integrity
and reliability by designing and implementing effective data migration
and integration strategies
Provide technical leadership
and guidance to junior developers
Ensure that the code is written as per the Salesforce recommended best practices
Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure high-quality and optimized code across projects
Plan and execute comprehensive unit tests
and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Oversee smooth and controlled deployments to production environments
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
ensuring optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce applications
Implement security measures and ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and industry regulations
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
including design specifications
