This role focuses on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while supporting broader CRM capabilities across Experience Cloud and Field Service. ## **What You’ll Do** * Lead and coordinate developers to deliver high-quality solutions across Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud * Provide hands-on leadership in solution design, development, and implementation * Review and approve solution designs and code to ensure alignment with enterprise standards * Establish and enforce development standards, architecture patterns, and integration approaches * Partner with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver integrated CRM solutions * Manage technical delivery execution including timelines, risks, and dependencies * Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and quality standards * Mentor developers and promote knowledge sharing across teams **CRM Platform Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations * Support Experience Cloud solutions (customer and partner portals) *
