As a Senior Sales Representative – Cranial & Spine Technologies and ENT, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and expanding Medtronic’s presence across the Adriatic region (Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Kosovo) and Malta. You will work closely with distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to develop markets, strengthen relationships, and deliver sustainable growth. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Promote and sell the Cranial, Spine, and ENT product portfolio within the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding defined sales targets * Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, and hospital decision-makers * Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively generating leads, assessing customer needs, and positioning tailored solutions * Provide high-quality product education, clinical support, and training to healthcare professionals and distributor teams * Collaborate with partners to ensure effective execution of sales activities, product launches, and market development initiatives * Conduct ongoing market analysis, including customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, to identify growth opportunities * Implement and adapt market development strategies and sales plans aligned with regional and business objectives * Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting, an
