General Summary: The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for assisting with projects and analyzing future needs of the Sales department. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes used within the department that attracts and retains new and existing clients Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides support to the Sales team, with a high attention to detail Researches, analyzes, and documents findings May coach and review the work of other team members Develops and enhances key processes related to the Sales organization Facilitates an open dialogue around business needs and expectations, within and outside the Sales function Maintains and administers operations systems (ConnectWise, MCP, Quosal, etc.) and the related processes and procedures Manages issues and supports the Sales team with technical and training assistance in quote creation, delivery, management, and execution processes Manages outstanding sales quotes and propos
