The Role SDRs/Sr. SDRs at Ceros are high-performing outbound sellers who blend grit, creativity, and AI-powered tools to build pipeline at scale. Having mastered the core skills of the Outbound SDR role, you are now ready to operate at the intersection of human strategy and machine efficiency. Functionally, you are given full autonomy to drive opportunities within your pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. While you will spend a significant portion of your day on high-value human tasks like strategic cold calling, you will be supported by a tech stack that automates repetitive tasks. You will be responsible for managing AI agents - helping to build, test, and refine their outputs - while sharing fresh insights to help the team evolve.
