Bachelor's degree with more than five years of experience in finance or similar, advanced degree with more than three years of experience in finance or similar, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to address complex or ambiguous issues, Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and exercise sound judgment, Experience with process improvement, managing large datasets, Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Access, Fluent in English

What You'll Do.
Process quarterly and annual sales incentives calculations and payouts
Sales incentive forecasting
balance sheet reconciliation
Provide analytics on SIP design effectiveness
Conduct statistical analysis on sales data
System improvements / building new capabilities
Lead and test business requirements gathering
Define process improvement and best practice opportunities
Document and maintain procedures and business process workflow
Ensures appropriate audits are in place
Perform the sales incentive plan assignment
