Conducts inspections and audits and recognizes hazards. Prepares solutions to safety concerns. Keeps records of programs as required by law and internal procedures. Coordinates training for safety and health matters and accident prevention. Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Influence 1-3 direct reports and others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. **Key Responsibilities - Onsite Monday - Friday** * Develops and implements safety programs. * Tracks and evaluates audit program and recommends continuous improvements. * Contributes to the review and preparations of safety policies. * Monitors, analyzes, and advises of new safety regulations applicable to operations. * Responsible for internal and external compliance reporting. * Reviews and advises on Safety Managed Programs. * Conducts training sessions at corporate and facility levels. * Performs other duties as assigned. **Education and
