Acquire new small cases
Schedule and conduct seminars
Assist Program Director in territory planning
Assist Program Director in execution strategies
Assist Program Director in team building/development
Serve as financial resource
Provide counseling and guidance
Develop relationships with key entity contacts
Expand products and services within plan
Help and support Program Director
Train on new presentations
Train on product information
Train on policy or process changes
Troubleshoot problems
Lead special projects
Solve customer issues
Implement actions to improve processes
