Full Job Description
Job Summary: The Sr. Retail Media Program Manager will lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of our in-house Retail Media Network (RMN). This role is one of the core owners of iHerb’s ads business: shaping the strategy, launching and scaling premium onsite placements, and building the operating system that turns retail media into a durable growth engine for the company. Our platform is strategically powered by Amazon’s retail ad service technology, giving us world-class capabilities—paired with iHerb’s unique advantage: a massive, high-intent wellness audience shopping across 50,000+ SKUs and 1,800+ brands. Job Expectations: Platform Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of iHerb’s retail media offerings, including Sponsored Products, Display, and Video ads across web and mobile app interfaces. Strategic Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact for the Amazon Ads service team to manage the technical integration, leverage new product betas, and ensure the platform is optimized for iHerb’s unique global requirements. Vendor Strategy & Adoption: Collaborate with the Merchandising and Category Management teams to drive RMN adoption among iHerb’s brand portfolio. Develop educational materials and best-practice guides to help vendors maximize their Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Ad Inventory Optimization: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement new ad placements (white space) that drive incremental revenue without compromising site performance or user conversion. Global Campaign Alignment: Integrate retail media placements with iHerb’s global promotional calendar, ensuring ad strategies align with major shopping events such as the 29th Anniversary Sale, Singles' Day, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Measurement & Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators including Ad Yield, Attributed Sales, ROAS, and New-to-Brand (NTB) metrics.
