This is a high-impact client-facing role within the payments and fintech ecosystem, focused on managing and expanding relationships with strategic, high-value merchants operating in complex, high-risk environments. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients reduce chargebacks, optimize dispute processes, and improve overall payment performance through data-driven insights. The role requires close collaboration with internal technical, onboarding, and product teams to ensure seamless client integration and long-term success. You will be responsible for driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening commercial outcomes across your portfolio.
