What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Higher education degree in economics, pharmacy, medicine, nursing, or comparable fields, Long-standing successful experience and proven expertise in professional customer support (GKV) and complex stakeholder structures, Comprehensive negotiation experience with payers, Very good understanding of the German healthcare system and the GKV, Experience in leading or coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, legal, finance) for the implementation of complex projects, Strong ability for strategic, analytical and innovative work and the will and courage to drive change, Experience in project management (PMO) in cross-functional projects and strong organizational and structuring skills, Communication and presentation skills as well as proactive, reliable working method in dealing with complex stakeholders
Nice to Have
Additional qualification in health economics, health policy, or another relevant training, Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry
What You'll Do.
Strategic planning and implementation of models and projects for building strategic partnerships with assigned statutory health insurance providers (GKV)
Professional management and strategic support of partners in operational business to ensure long-term reimbursement of our product portfolio and continuously develop reimbursement conditions
Independent assembly and leadership of cross-functional account teams to implement strategic account plans
Building and maintaining comprehensive networks of key decision-makers in the regions covered (e.g.
statutory health insurance associations
Building and maintaining further partnerships with our customers
especially in the area of payers (GKV)
as well as developing and leading regional care projects to tap into new markets
Continuous development of our key account management strategy as well as our tools
systems and capabilities to implement them
Key account management-related training and coaching of colleagues and the ADC organization
Sales and communication of the added value of our existing and planned products to achieve positive reimbursement decisions
Strategic preparation and negotiation of contracts with payers
including contract conception
development of business cases
negotiation strategies and negotiation
Continuous measurement of the success of contracts and measures
Observation and analysis of regional developments (payers
KVen etc.) as a basis for a targeted dialogue and reliable relationships with relevant regional decision-makers
Support of the field service in questions regarding reimbursement and market access
Training and education of sales representatives on issues related to the healthcare system
Management of strategically prioritized
management-driven projects including preparation and follow-up of regular meetings
Cross-functional coordination and consolidation of data
documents and results as well as ensuring transparency on progress and milestones
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with other departments of our Market Access Team, Field Service, Medical, Marketing and many other functions; Lead cross-functional account teams; Coordinate and consolidate data, documents and results across functions
