This role partners closely with site leadership teams to drive operational excellence, standardize best practices, improve productivity, optimize manufacturing performance, and support business growth initiatives throughout the region. ## How will you make an impact? As the Sr. Regional Industrial Engineering Manager, you will lead regional Industrial Engineering strategies that improve operational performance, maximize manufacturing efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Through collaboration with site leadership and cross-functional teams, you will drive the implementation of world-class engineering practices that enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve resource utilization, and strengthen Jabil's competitive position. ## What will you do? * Lead, mentor, and develop Industrial Engineering teams across multiple manufacturing sites within the assigned region. * Drive the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of Industrial Engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices across regional operations. * Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, MTM, line balancing, capacity planning, labo
